The laminar-flow enclosure is an open horizontal-flow hood designed for Grade A / ISO 5 conditions that support aseptic processing, subject to on-site qualification. Qualifying the installed machine is the facility’s responsibility; we supply an IQ/OQ plan to support it.

How fast is the Team 4 Auto Filler?
40–50 vials per minute fully stoppered and 30–35 vials per minute half-stoppered, for fill volumes of 3–30 mL with ±1% filling accuracy. Actual speed depends on the material and fill volume.
Can the Auto Filler run inside my existing cleanroom?
Yes. Order it with its own enclosure, HVAC and H14 laminar-flow hood designed for ISO 5, or without an enclosure for placement under an existing ISO 5 hood. Either way, the installation is qualified on site.
How can I finance an automated vial line?
Purchase outright, lease for $4,000 per month over 36 months, or pair the equipment with a 2-year vial supply commitment: at 250,000 vials per month there is no equipment charge.
