Who we are

This website, team4products.com, is operated by Team 4 Products LLC, 43 Valera Ridge Dr, Spring, Texas 77389, U.S. (“Team 4”, “we”, “us”). This policy covers information collected through the website. It does not cover information exchanged under a separate agreement, such as a supply or service contract.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you send a quote request, contact form, document request, partnership inquiry or visit request, we receive what you enter: typically your name, company, work email, phone number, country, the products or services you are interested in, and your message.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard technical data when pages are requested, such as IP address, browser type, the page visited and the time. These server logs are used for security and to keep the site running.

Information stored on your device. If you add items to a quote list, the list is saved in your own browser (local storage) so it is still there when you return. It is not sent to us until you submit a request. You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser’s site data.

We do not knowingly collect information from children, and the website is intended for business customers.

How we use it

• To reply to your request, prepare quotes and arrange calls, visits or training
• To set up and manage customer and vendor accounts, orders, shipping and invoices
• To keep records required for quality, regulatory and tax purposes
• To protect the website and our business against fraud and misuse

We do not use your information for automated decision-making, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the website and our business, and only as needed for that work:

• Vercel, which hosts the website and processes form submissions
• Microsoft 365, which delivers form submissions to our email inbox
• Google Fonts, which serves the typeface used on the site and receives your IP address when the page loads
• Shipping carriers, payment processors and manufacturers, when needed to fulfil an order you place

We may also disclose information when required by law, or to protect our rights, customers or the public.

Cookies and tracking

The website does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions and business correspondence for as long as needed to respond and to maintain our customer and vendor relationship, and longer where law or quality record-keeping requires it. Server logs are kept for a limited period by our hosting provider.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, for example in California, the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may have additional rights under local law. To make a request, email info@team4products.com. We will respond within the time the law requires and will not treat you differently for making a request.

International visitors

Team 4 is based in the United States and has offices in Taiwan and the Philippines. Information you send through the website is processed in the United States and may be shared with our offices to answer your request.

Security

The website is served over HTTPS, and form submissions are delivered directly to our business email. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send payment card numbers or other sensitive data through website forms.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the website or the law changes. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
