2–8 °C shipping for vials and injector pens
Many GLP-1 and peptide preparations must stay refrigerated in transit. POLARCYL™ uses a vacuum-insulated stainless housing with a phase-change cylinder sized to the payload: 5 × 2R, 4 × 6R, 3 × 10R vials, or one injector pen. In POLARCYL’s live-carrier validation it held 0–8 °C for 43 hours 51 minutes, long enough for many lanes to move from overnight to 2-day service.
Each pharmacy should validate its own routes, payloads, conditioning procedures and seasonal pack-outs before qualifying a shipper.

GLP-1 and peptide program questions
Who supplies vials and closures for compounded GLP-1 and peptide preparations?
Team 4 Products supplies sterile, depyrogenated, ready-to-use (RTU) 2R, 6R and 10R glass vials in amber and clear, 13 mm and 20 mm lyophilization stoppers and flip-off seals to 503A pharmacies, 503B outsourcing facilities and laboratories, with COA and sterility documentation for each lot.
Which stoppers suit lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides?
Two-leg lyophilization stoppers, which sit partly open during freeze-drying and are pressed closed at the end of the cycle. Team 4 supplies them in 13 mm and 20 mm.
How can a pharmacy ship refrigerated GLP-1 vials or injector pens to patients?
With a validated 2–8 °C shipper. The POLARCYL™ system holds 2R, 6R or 10R vials or one injector pen and held 0–8 °C for 43 hours 51 minutes in the manufacturer’s live-carrier validation. Each pharmacy should validate its own lanes and pack-outs before qualifying a shipper.
Do you work with telehealth companies?
Yes. We supply the licensed pharmacies and fulfillment partners behind telehealth programs with vials, closures and POLARCYL™ cold-chain shippers under recurring supply agreements.
Can Team 4 equip a new 503B sterile suite?
Yes. We supply modular ISO 7 cleanrooms, ISO 5 laminar flow hoods, the Team 4 Auto Filler and freeze dryers, then install, assist with validation, write SOPs and train operators.
Do you sell to research-use-only or unlicensed sellers?
No. Team 4 Products works only in the compliant US market: licensed pharmacies, registered outsourcing facilities, laboratories and manufacturers.
